I would like to welcome you to the Alaska Section, AWRA, Northern Region and our information resources
on the World Wide Web (WWW). Our meetings are held the second Wednesday of each month
from noon to 1:00pm at the Alaska Department of Natural Resources (DNR) large-conference

building at the north-west corner of the Airport Way and University Avenue intersection. The address
for the DNR building is 3700 Airport Way and a public information number is 451-2705. Our meetings are
held September through March and our annual state meeting is held in April of each year. The northern

and state government, and private industry water-resource professionals. We hope you can come to our
monthly meetings and bring a colleague. For more information on water resources in the Fairbanks area,
