Emily Youcha, Alaska Section AWRA Northern-Region Director
I would like to welcome you to the Alaska Section, AWRA, Northern Region and our information resources on the World Wide Web (WWW). Our meetings are held September through March and our annual state meeting is held in April of each year. The northern region membership includes faculty, staff, and students of the University of Alaska Fairbanks, federal and state government, and private industry water-resource professionals. We hope you can come to our monthly meetings and bring a colleague. For more information on water resources in the Fairbanks area, see the UAF Water and Environmental Research Center web site.
